When Diet Doesn’t Help Your Digestion
If changing your diet does not seem to help regulate your digestive system, try adding an exercise routine to your daily routine. Exercise can help issues like constipation because it helps push the stool through the body, and increases your metabolism. Wait an hour after you eat to exercise to allow your body start working on digesting the food.
